**Role Overview**:
The communication business lead is a visionary leader responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the visual direction of a brand or project. This role involves overseeing a team of designers, guiding them to produce innovative and cohesive designs across various mediums. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives while staying attuned to industry trends and maintaining brand consistency. With a blend of creative prowess, strategic thinking, and effective communication, they shape and elevate the visual identity of the organization, driving the success of campaigns and reinforcing the brand's presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Strategy and Development**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct in-depth studies of region and state-wise markets to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Strategize and implement multilingual campaigns and exhibitions to effectively reach diverse target audiences.

**Creative Direction**:

- Lead and inspire a creative team in the development of multimedia content, including video, graphics, written materials, and illustrations.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand identity and communicates the desired message effectively.
- Oversee the production of high-quality, visually compelling materials for digital platforms, events, and traditional media.
- Manage creative project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the creation and presentation of mood boards and storyboards for visual concept development.
- Develop design briefs by gathering information from internal stakeholders and translating project requirements into actionable creative tasks.

**Creative element & Awareness of Current Trends**:

- Integrate illustration as a creative element in various branding and communication materials.
- Collaborate with illustrators and artists to bring unique and engaging visuals to the brand.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
- Infuse contemporary design elements into branding and creative projects to ensure relevance and appeal.

**Vision **Execution** **and Campaign Launch**:

- Build a cohesive creative vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conceptualize and launch campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Implement innovative design concepts and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of industry standards.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and exhibitions tailored to specific regions and states, considering linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Ensure all communication materials are effectively translated and localized for diverse audiences.

**Strategic Communication** & stakeholder**
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Craft compelling narratives to enhance the brand's reputation and engage target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Masters in Communication Design, Fine Art or related field.
- 8+ of relevant work experience in startups /branding agencies.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
- Experience leading and managing creative teams.
- Strong concept and strategy development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong creative mind.
