**Job Title: Blend Maker for Ready-to-Drink Cocktail Brand**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Blend Maker to join our team and assist in the launch of innovative ready-to-drink cocktails for our brand. As a Blend Maker, you will play a vital role in developing unique and delicious cocktail blends, ensuring the highest quality and consistency of our products. You will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to create exciting and on-trend flavors that will delight our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create innovative ready-to-drink cocktail blends that align with our brand's vision and target market.
- Conduct extensive research on current market trends, flavors, and ingredients to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collaborate with the product development team to formulate and refine recipes, ensuring a perfect balance of taste, aroma, and visual appeal.
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent availability and quality.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluations to assess the flavor profile, appearance, and overall quality of cocktail blends.
- Conduct quality control checks during production to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide input on product positioning, packaging design, and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and labeling requirements.
- Participate in product tasting sessions and provide valuable feedback to optimize existing blends and develop new ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and sales, to coordinate successful product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary arts, beverage management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Blend Maker, Mixologist, or in a similar role, preferably within the ready-to-drink cocktail or beverage industry.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixology, flavor pairing, and ingredient sourcing.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences in the ready-to-drink cocktail segment.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills, with the ability to identify and balance flavors effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and labeling requirements for beverage products.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to think outside the box.
