**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Make 250-300 calls daily to customers and leads.
- Gather feedback from existing customers regarding their experience.
- Follow up on potential leads to promote our F&B services.
- **Sales Conversion**:
- Persuade potential customers to visit our restaurants or Online / Takeaway order from us.
- Address customer queries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
- Share customer feedback with management to enhance services.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication in [English, Hindi & Bengali] is essential.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using call management software and CRM tools.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification: Minimum Graduation.
