- **Customer Relationship Building**: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- **Feedback**: Providing feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements to products or services.
