Job Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketer at Royal Lush Skincare, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and driving brand visibility in the digital landscape. Your primary tasks will include:
SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance our website's organic search ranking, increase traffic, and optimize user experience.

Google Ads Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Meta Advertisement: Utilize meta advertisement techniques to improve click-through rates and enhance our online presence across search engines and other platforms.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with our content team to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and supports our marketing objectives.

Data Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Medical Digital Marketing: Leverage your experience in the medical field of digital marketing to understand our target audience and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

Top Doctors Collaboration: Collaborate with top doctors in Delhi to promote our skincare products and strengthen our brand's credibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Advertisement is essential.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic to websites.
- Experience in the medical field of digital marketing will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of skincare industry trends and understanding customer behavior in this niche.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 30,000 INR per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer:
