a)Receive calls for Fitting / service jobs from customers / sales persons.

b)Call customers to fix a time for sending technicians

c)Allocate the above jobs to technicians d)Keep records of all Jobs received & allocated e)Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians

f)Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.

g)Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, technicians, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
