Position : Sales Executive

Salary : 25k to 35k

qualification : 12th Or Graduation

Experience : 3+ Year Sales Experience, Preferably in the solar energy, renewable energy, or related industries.

As a Sales Executive at our Client solar systems company, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth by identifying potential customers, selling our solar products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Your role is crucial in helping the company achieve its sales targets and promoting the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors for solar energy solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with accurate information and addressing their queries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each customer’s specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales effectively.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.

5. Reporting & Targets:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

6. Post-Sales Support:

- Follow up with customer’s post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to product performance, warranties, or customer service.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand technical details of solar systems and convey them to customers effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
