Customer Support Associate

**Responsibilities**:
2. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist customers in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil languages as per their preference.
4. Utilize troubleshooting skills to address technical issues and product inquiries.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Work independently in a remote setting while adhering to established guidelines and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil languages (written and verbal).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
6. Reliable internet connection and comfortable working from home.
7. Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
