In the recent past, recognized by Commerce Minister Hon. Piyush Goyal ji at India’s largest jewellery trade show in Bangalore, Limelight was shortlisted to understand the potential of lab grown diamond jewellery in India. Qualifications: Commerce Graduate
Salary Details: Fixed Salary Rs. 50,000 - 60,000/- per month
Experience: 5-6years
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to expand the online presence and customer base in the jewellery sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey from awareness to purchase, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for better results.
- Explore and establish strategic partnerships within the jewellery industry to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the growth process, ensuring agility in response to market dynamics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role within the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer behaviour.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools and interpreting metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Creativity and a results-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen awareness of design trends in the industry.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
