**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Day shift (9:30Am-6:00Pm)

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Performance bonus, Shift allowance, Yearly bonus

**Requirements are as follows**
- **Draftsman/Architect**-Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions, exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project managers, etc. Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices, produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications, Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. Developing product designs from scratch, presenting rough design drafts for client approval, Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software, blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs, Finalizing AutoCAD models.

**Reporting**:

- Site Data arrangements and managements, Good knowledge in Excel ,word and PowerPoint, English Writing and verbal communications needed. Management and organization of all Emergent CAD drawings, raw test data, site information, preparation of the final report, sending to the client after coordinating with the team leader or report head, Printing of CAD drawings and reports in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner. Development of new scope of analysis-interpretation-report formats
- in the organization, quality upgradation of final delivery

**Team Lead**:

- Site Visit, Site handling, Site supervision, Comfortable in travel across India. All data on the site should be verified and cross-checked. Providing training to machine operators at regular intervals, operating the machine in a critical situation. Manage site materials, safety items as per requirements. Tabularization of all data in the defined format, maintaining observation sheet, understanding nomenclature system, and marking over the drawing

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
