Site Engineer (MEP Draftsman).

**Educational Qualification & Experience**: B.E with 2-3 years relevant experience or Diploma with 3-5 Years relevant experience or ITI with 5-7 years relevant experience. Good knowledge in AutoCAD software & Retail Project execution work.

**Salary **:15,000 to 30,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Drafting to join our construction team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of MEP design plans on construction sites. Your primary focus will be on accurately interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, creating detailed MEP drafts, and ensuring their precise execution during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
MEP Drafting: Create accurate and comprehensive MEP drafts, including HVAC systems, electrical layouts, plumbing diagrams, and other relevant technical drawings.

Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall construction plan.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure that MEP installations comply with approved designs, local building codes, and industry standards.

Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and implementation of MEP systems on-site, providing technical guidance to construction teams and addressing any issues that may arise.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to MEP systems, offering effective solutions to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.

Material Management: Monitor the procurement and delivery of MEP materials, verifying their compliance with specifications and project requirements.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations during MEP installations, promoting a safe work environment for all personnel.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of MEP design changes, site progress, and project milestones to support reporting and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction projects, demonstrating a strong grasp of drafting principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard MEP drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) to create detailed technical drawings.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with the ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and construction personnel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify and address MEP-related issues promptly.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP installations.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
