Working days & timings - 6 days (9 am-6 pm)

**Overall Responsibility**:
Handling In-Bound and Out-bound logistics with documentation. Coordination with logistics service providers.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Handling import related documents and coordinating with CHA
- Tracking inward and outward cargo movement
- Maintaining Management Information sheets
- Coordination with logistics providers
- Checking store records

**Skills and Attributes **(relating to above Key Task and Responsibilities receptively)
- Good knowledge of import documentation
- Proficient in freight terms
- Good computer knowledge
- Quality and Professionalism of Customer Relationships and service provider relationships
- Clarity, timeliness & follow-up of objective setting
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports
- SAP experience 4 yrs preferably S4/HANA

**Experience Requirement**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics, fluent in English & Hindi
- Experience at Import firm or CHA company is preferable.
- Is a self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Cohesive team-player, proactive thinker and initiative taker
- An entrepreneurial manager with:
∙ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

∙ A strategic vision: proactively seeks and explores opportunities to innovate

∙ Passion and enthusiasm to share with one’s team

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
