Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Title: Supervisor - Cold Storage Operations**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Frozen Cold Storage Supervisor to oversee the operations of our frozen storage facility. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of frozen goods. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of warehouse staff, managing inventory, maintaining proper storage conditions, and enforcing safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
1 **. Inventory Management**: Oversee the accurate and efficient tracking of inventory in the frozen storage facility. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

2. **Storage and Handling**: Ensure proper storage and handling of frozen goods to maintain product quality and integrity. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for handling, stacking, and rotation of products.

Monitor temperature and humidity levels to comply with regulatory requirements.

3 **. Safety Compliance**: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.

4 **. Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, temperature logs, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections. Generate reports on key performance indicators, operational efficiency, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards. Monitor product expiry dates, conduct regular quality checks, and coordinate with quality control personnel to address any issues or non-compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a frozen storage or cold chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of frozen storage operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with temperature control systems, refrigeration equipment, and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions.
