This is an exciting time to enter in our IT infrastructure team based in Pune, Maharashtra India. We are looking for ICT System Specialist SharePoint to provide quality technical support to our internal users/customers.

Your Responsibilities:

- Process of Sales Order creation - to check & verify the Quanity, Unit Price, Coating Name & Dimension / Size and other conditions.
- Update Pricing as per contract / or purchase orders / or Sales quoation in pricing master for Auto Billing and amendmentsif any revise price or new products in a timely
- To Send Order Confirmation to Customers and handling customers inquiries.
- Process of delivery / Shippment challans -for consolidate invoicing.Monitoring Unbilled on a weekly basis, ensuring all activity is billed correctly when it is due
- Process invoices -100% invoice submission to the customers
- Invoices and customer account amendments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process of Proforma Invoices to D class customers & followup for payment before delivery.
- Escalate problem relates to pricing / rates & Purchase orders to Field sales force & Customers and to ensure swift resolution of queries.
- To Manage the relationship with customers and reporting the material delivery status.
- Process of Inter branch material transfer - Sales Order creation & Tax Invoice
- Ensuring to generate E-way bills in the line of tax compliances
- Conduct regular review of open sales orders and to esure effective communication with customers & field sales.
- Identify recurring queries relates to clients delivery challan, purchase order, part code, pricing etc..and implement corrective action
- To liaise with customers and the Field Sales force & credit management team for rate dispute, Billing erros, customers specific request and preparation of credit note documents as per company policy for approvals

Your Profile:

- Graduate ( B’COM ) with 5-8 Yrs of experience.
- Software knowledge (preferable SAP & Microsoft Navision)
- Good knowledge of system and good typing speed

Required skills & expertise:

- Invoicing, E-Way bills, knowledge of Purchase order, Pricing setup ,commercial terms, Account receivable, Credit Management & Credit block approvals
