- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice Engineer intern to join our team. The intern
- will work closely with our Voice Engineering team to gain hands-on experience in designing,
- implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems. This internship offers an excellent
- opportunity to learn about voice technologies and contribute to projects that impact our
- organization's communication infrastructure.
- Assist in the design and implementation of voice communication systems, including VoIP
- and traditional telephony solutions.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of PBX systems, SIP trunks, and voice
- gateways.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice services and infrastructure.
- Participate in testing and validation of voice systems to ensure reliability and
- performance.

**Job Requirement**
- You’re a great fit if you already meet the following

- Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical
- Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with voice technologies such as VoIP, SIP, and RTP.
- Proficiency in network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good to have
- Hands-on experience with voice communication systems or internships in a related field.
- Knowledge of VoIP platforms and software, such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or Cisco
- Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and task
- scripting.
- Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in learning new technologies.
