**Roles and Responsibility**
- To lead branch sales team, to achieve sales, margin & collection targets, driving performance management across sales teams,.
- Driving high level of engagement with the Channel partners and also the technical community for the long term strategic goals of the company
- To help RSM in roll out all training programs to Improve Knowledge and skills of sales team & Channel partners.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
**ESSENTIAL**
- Delivery of the branch sales budgets in accordance with approved budget plans.
- Delivery of the branch margin targets of Distribution channel in line with approved budget plan
- Achieve NIL overdue > 10 days through appropriate credit review, trade agreements, and follow-ups with channel partners through the sales teams. Develop and implement best practice in credit terms & debt recovery from customers
- Implement HR procedures across the sales function to ensure that performance of all staff is managed and continuous review process is in place and rigorously carried out all levels.
- Formulation and management of Distribution marketing and incentive schemes that are appropriate in driving the sales of G25 product sales ,
**SECONDARY**
- To provide information on Competition activity periodically through regular MI reporting
- To focus on Segment wise sales and drive high GM product sales to Improve sales with higher GM
- Ensure that sales plans and objectives are integrated with supply chain and production plans. Through the SOP process.
**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
