**Job Description: Junior Project Executive - Pharmaceutical Formulation Projects**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, initiation, and execution of pharmaceutical formulation projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and suggesting corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Utilize Excel to create and maintain project-related spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
- Support in the preparation of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
- Develop a basic understanding of accounting principles to assist in financial tracking and reporting.
- Participate in regular project meetings, providing updates on project status and identifying any issues or risks.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials required for project activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any queries or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines throughout project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical formulation and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate charts/graphs.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in project management or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
