Job Title - Inside Sales

Experience - 5+ years

Location - Remote

Primary Skills - Inside sales, International sales, B2B Sales, Worked in BFSI sector

Educational background - Any Graduation

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead / Demand Generation
- Account mapping / Initial discussion
- Build relationships with Partner teams
- Leads / Accounts - Dir Vs Indir
- Regular Interactions / Feedback
- Upsell / Cross-sell account mapping as per sales team instruction
- Regular updating of CRM
- Schedule f2f meetings
- Creation & maintaining of customer databases
- High-level understanding of industrial use cases
- Gather customer needs/requirements
- Documentation brief on every conversation with prospects/leads
- Engage sales team on customer interest generated & keep track till deal closure won/ lost
- Account research & Key player mapping

**Skills/ Requirements**:

- 5 years of relevant experience in selling Inside sales
- Deep understanding of the BFSI sector
- Experience working with customers in India and SouthEast Asia markets.
- Strong Communication Skills - fluent in articulating thoughts in English.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Maths or Statistics)
- Good hold of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality
