Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele-caller to join our real estate team at Elegance

Enterprises Private Limited. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential

clients through telephone calls and introducing them to our various real estate offerings. Your

objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments for our sales team, and build a positive

image of the company while maintaining excellent communication with prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow-up on

leads generated through various sources such as advertisements, websites, referrals, and

promotional activities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' real estate needs and preferences to identify

qualified leads for our sales team. Record all relevant details and update the database

regularly.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the real estate projects, properties,

and services offered by Elegance Enterprises. Be able to articulate this information

effectively to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage in professional and courteous conversations with potential

customers to address their queries, provide information, and generate interest in our real

estate offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our sales

representatives and accompany them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation,

calls made, and appointments set to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the

quality of leads, customer preferences, and market trends to enhance overall sales

strategies.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document call interactions, inquiries, and clients' details in

the CRM system.
- Professional Representation: Uphold the company's values and brand image during all

interactions with potential clients.**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and

convincingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.**Benefits**:
