As a Tele Sales Representative at Essmart, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working remotely to connect with potential customers in rural markets. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging prospects over the phone, promoting Essmart's products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

**Tele Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Dealer Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in rural areas to introduce Essmart's products and services.
- **Product Promotion**: Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers, emphasizing how Essmart's offerings can meet their needs.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect, aiming to generate interest and close deals.
- **Relationship Building**: Build rapport with dealer to establish trust and credibility, fostering long-term relationships and dealer loyalty.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, effectively managing leads and opportunities
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently striving to drive revenue growth and expand Essmart's dealer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the B2B or B2C sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, capable of overcoming customer objections and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
