**JOB ROLE**
As an Office Admin at INTERVAL, you will hold a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients, managing punctuality among employees, addressing inquiries and complaints, handling phone calls, and managing various administrative tasks. You will be the central point for communication and organization, maintaining updated records, handling mail, and providing support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office
**DUTIES AND RESPOSNSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the efficient onboarding process for new hires, contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Ensure Punctuality: Manages and ensures punctuality for all employees in the organization, contributing to Office Efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave balances to ensure attendance accuracy.
- Client Interaction: Greet and welcome clients, addressing inquiries and complaints, emphasizing Customer Satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and disseminating internal communications to employees to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Prepare various employment-related letters, such as probation letters and promotions, to facilitate effective employee communication.
- Manage offboarding activities, including exit interviews and documentation, to facilitate efficient offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless administration processes.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-groomed personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Technical skills, including experience with AI tools and technologies, are highly desirable
