_**Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
**Customer Handling & Relations**:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to waterproofing products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
**Back Office Support**:
- **Franchise Sales Data Management**: Maintain and update detailed sales data for franchise outlets related to waterproofing services/products.
- **Outlet Stock Maintenance**: Ensure that stock levels are consistently updated and accurately maintained for all products. Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to the sales team.
- **Daily Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports to the Regional Sales Manager (R.S.M) for review and analysis.
- **Quotation Creation**: Assist in preparing sales quotations for customers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:_
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely product deliveries.
- **Qualifications**:_
**Education**: Any degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, back office, or related roles. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel** (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
