**Lawcrust** is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in B2B sales, working directly with clients across the corporate, SME, and MSME sectors.

**About the Role**:
In this internship, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the Kolkata region, focusing on corporate, SME, and MSME sectors. Utilize various lead generation techniques to build a qualified pipeline of prospects.
- **Client Engagement and Presentations**: Actively participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior sales representatives. Learn effective communication and presentation skills to engage potential clients and showcase the value proposition of Lawcrust's products and services.
- **Sales Support and Negotiations**: Assist the sales team with proposal development, negotiation strategies, and closing deals. Gain practical experience in the sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. This includes regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Reporting**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis relevant to the Kolkata market. Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to the management team, contributing to data-driven sales strategies.

**Eligibility**:

- Passed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for sales and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Access to a personal laptop for the internship.
