The main purpose of Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) role is activation of selected Authorised Partners and growing them.
ISAE is accountable for the daily tasks and the results coming from the Inside Sales outbound activity, including sales campaigns and giving first level training. He/she works with Salesforce (SF) registering data, following up on all major national events, handling the lead queue within SF and qualifying partners.
The ISAE can also act as the Salesforce superuser, training others in the office/team.
This position is based in India, Bangalore.
Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- Research, evaluate, identify and follow-up on new prospects in the territory, leveraging on the Sales team for assistance
- Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions, recommend camera solutions and adequate product comparisons
- Pro-actively handle the CRM leads queue to qualify Authorized Partners, where every partner has to be contacted personally and checked for quality
- Ensures growth of sales in the region with focus on growing top potential partners to the next level
- Identify and grow partners to increase share of business and reach revenue target; increasing the share of business
- Increase wallet share with partners using Axis tools and education, growing sales within an assigned territory by identifying top potential Authorised partners
- Together with the Sales and Marketing teams, develop business plans for selected Authorised Partner activation, for high active partner numbers with revenue goals
- Keep partners educated and aware of Axis solutions
- Carry out Ad-hoc projects - May support projects generated by Gold/Solution partners* and global accounts
- Prepares sales reports with new and existing projects
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
- Follow Axis Sales Methodology standards in all business meetings to ensure ROI
- Is a bearer of Axis company culture.
Profile (Qualifications for this job) Education, experience, knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related
- 3 years of sales experience in a similar capacity (experience in the CCTV Network Security industry will be an advantage)
- Relevant/demonstrable experience in outbound Sales / cold calling
- Acquainted with High Tech environments
- Technical knowledge to provide first level technical information Experience in prospection and identification of sales opportunities
- Good fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Excellent communications skills,
- Curiosity and continuous development approach
