**Job Purpose**:
To be able to perform a key role in SALES COORDINATOR that would take the business to the next level.

**General purpose**:
Responsible to provide accurate quality support service to the higher management in accordance with the company. To be the first point of contact for clients and agents queries and accommodate them in a professional manner.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Execute the company mission and vision aligned with professional office procedure.
- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in Gurgaon.
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector.
- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
First point of contact for clients and agents queries for transaction and accommodate them in a professional manner.
- Relay and respond to all messages efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate quality support service with the Sales agents in accordance with the company policies & procedures.
- Continue to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction.
- Ensure to adhere policies and procedures of the government bodies and other related official authorities at all times.
- Responsible to safeguard the company best interest in every self-determining task.
- In charge with correspondence, communication and coordination for processing and execution of any required task. Keep important notes, important reminders and schedules.
- Managing data files, soft / hard copies properly and confidentially and keeping it updated. Ensure all information between the Client and the Agent is kept confidential with proper filing procedures.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
