**Customer Experience Supervisor**:
**Responsibilities-**:
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Resolve escalated and complex customer issues in time.
- Provide back
- up assistance to team members when needed.
- Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
- Preparing MIS.
- Data Management
**Requirement & Skills**
- Proven working experience in customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Power point.
- Proficiency in English.
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
- Strong customer facing and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Multitasking skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Morning shift
