Mumbai, India Acumen HR Full time

Acting as the point of contact among Director’s, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing Director’s calendars and set up meetings
- Take minutes during meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Attend meetings with Director’s or independently.
- She should be well organized, have a great time management skills and be able to act without guidance(for solo meetings)
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Discretion and confidentiality

Salary - 25,000 to 40,000 p.m

Working Days - 6 days working

Working Time
- 9.30 a.m to 6.00 p.m

Location - Andheri

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
