**MARI B WELLNESS + KITCHEN**

We are looking for an open-minded, passionate, and talented individual to join our NEW TEAM for

PLANT BASED KITCHEN by MARI B to help in the creation of a focused meal plan design of Plant
- based, Vegan & Health specific cuisine to support our clients' health & wellness goals.

Working closely with Mariam Begg, plant-based health & wellness Coach, kitchen staff & our clients, we would be looking for someone to provide local knowledge in ensuring meals can be tasty and sustainable while plantbased-friendly to ensure we achieve our results

You should be someone who actively takes an interest in health and fitness with a passion for nutritious, plant based food and cooking as well as whole round wellness

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Meeting and liaising with Mariam Begg, the Health Coach, the Chefs and clients on the meal plan creation and implementation.
- Creating customized meal plans to deliver maximum results within required timeframes.
- Building a database of recipes, meal plans and nutritional habits in-line with Mari B Brand value standards
- Ability to suggest and execute creative menu development.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems.
- Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
- Awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Knowledge of basic training techniques.
- Managing inventory and keeping control of stock.
- Organising produce and ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene regulations.
- Leading a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, including checking food quality, and overseeing cooking techniques.

**Responsiblities**:

- Able to work to strict deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vegan kitchen.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Open to learning new things and adaptable to change.
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Degree/Diploma in food production from any reputed institute.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Next to Vidya Niketan School, Bengaluru - 560024, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
