They report sales activities, collaborate with the sales team, and continuously learn about industry trends to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and analyze competitor activities.
- **Lead Generation**:Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Acquisition**:Acquire new clients by presenting company products or services, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements, to the sales manager.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge about company products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
- **Customer Feedback**:Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, and provide insights for product or service improvement.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance sales performance.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
