Inside Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals through effective communication and sales techniques. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services that meet those needs.
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Research and identify potential customers through various channels.
**Customer Engagement**:Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the company's products or services.
Communicate effectively about product features, benefits, and pricing.
**Sales Presentations**:Conduct virtual or phone presentations to showcase products or services.
Address customer questions and objections to secure sales.
**Quota Achievement**:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
**CRM Management**:Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals.
**Reporting**:Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and results.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:A high school diploma is typically required, but a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.
**Sales Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
**Product Knowledge**:Familiarity with the company's products or services and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
**Results-Driven**:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
**Team Player**:Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments.
**Persistence**:Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and closing deals.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
