**Responsibilities**:*
- Manage and maintain the company's statutory records, including registers and filings with regulatory authorities.
- Organize and attend board meetings and annual general meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including company law, corporate governance, and financial reporting standards.
- Advise the board of directors on corporate governance best practices and regulatory changes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, resolutions, and company policies.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company's operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the board and senior management on corporate governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements.
- Facilitate the drafting and filing of various regulatory disclosures, including quarterly and annual financial statements, with stock exchanges.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Advise the board and management on corporate governance practices specific to listed companies, including compliance with the Listing Agreement and SEBI regulations.
- Participate in the preparation of the company's annual report, including the corporate governance section and director's report.
- Monitor changes in listing requirements and regulatory frameworks and advise the board on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
- Play a key role in the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and ensure compliance with CSR regulations applicable to listed companies in India.

**Requirements**:*
- Qualified Company Secretary with [Insert number] years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance practices, and SEBI regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
