Faculty for Bca Ai

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and workshops on various topics related to AI and ML tailored to BCA students.
- Design curriculum and course materials, including syllabi, assignments, projects, and assessments, in alignment with program objectives and industry standards.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to students in understanding fundamental algorithms, techniques, and tools used in AI and ML.
- Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment conducive to student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Offer mentorship and academic advising to students, assisting them in academic and career planning within the field of AI and ML.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and research.
- Participate in professional development activities, conferences, and workshops to enhance teaching effectiveness and contribute to the academic community.
- Engage in research activities, publish scholarly articles, and pursue external funding opportunities to advance knowledge in the field of AI and ML.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades, and provide timely feedback and support for student learning outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching AI and ML courses at the undergraduate or graduate level, preferably in a higher education institution.
- In-depth knowledge of core concepts, algorithms, methodologies, and tools used in AI and ML, such as neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and ML, such as Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success, academic excellence, and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry partners in a dynamic academic environment.
- Passion for research and innovation in AI and ML, evidenced by publications, presentations, or projects in relevant journals or conferences.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
