Faculty for Bca

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) Faculty member to join our esteemed institution. As a BCA Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guiding students through their academic journey, and fostering a conducive learning environment. This position requires a strong foundation in computer science concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in accordance with the BCA curriculum.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering academic support and assistance as needed.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding of course material.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the field of computer science and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities to contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and share best practices.
- Provide academic advising and career guidance to students pursuing the BCA program.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department chair or administration.

**Requirements**:

- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level, preferably in a BCA program.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others commonly used in BCA curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Dedication to student success and a passion for teaching and learning.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering an environment of academic integrity.
- Experience with educational technology and learning management systems is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
