Customer Service Representative

Greetings customers & they attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
- Communicating order details to kitchen staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Prepare Orders as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for which we will give training.
- Ensure Outlet hygiene is maintained properly.
- To handle food items properly and maintain food safety standards.
- Confident to handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints and questions.
- Managing sales processes through specific software & They have to take care of the Cash Counter as well.
- Manage and develop new customers, CSR gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in the form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".
- They are required to serve customers as per their orders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
