**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Retail (Clothing Showroom)
**Location**: Chennai, ECR
**Company**: VMOGRA, a premium women's exclusive ethnic wear showroom
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Customer Service**: Utilize previous experience to drive sales and provide exceptional service to our clientele.
2. **Merchandising**: Display a keen eye for detail in merchandising and display setup, ensuring the showroom is always visually appealing.
3. **Professionalism**: Handle sales transactions, billing, and other showroom activities with professionalism and efficiency.
4. **Work Environment**: Maintain a clean and hygienic work atmosphere to promote a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
5. **Stress Management**: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
6. **Team Coordination**: Foster a good working relationship with colleagues and coordinate tasks efficiently.
7. **Retail Procedures**: Understand and adhere to retail work procedures, adapting to the showroom's unique operations.
8. **Floor Management**: Oversee the organization and presentation of the allocated work floor and clothing racks.
9. **Training**: Participate in and complete any provided training to enhance skills and showroom knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree, High School or Diploma
- Must have a background in sales, particularly within the clothing line.
- Work Experience: 1 to 10 years
- Freshers are welcome to apply, but must include a statement of interest or a summary in their resume.
**Working Hours**: Full Time : 10 hours per day, Part Time: 6 to 8 hrs per day (specific timings to be discussed during the interview).
