Responsable Pièces Régional - H/F - CDI

Rattaché au directeur pièces, vous managez en direct les magasiniers de votre secteur, animez et coordonnez les activités des magasins de votre secteur (affectation des magasiniers volants, méthode et uniformité dans les différents processus des magasins : vente, conseil, approvisionnement, rangement, organisation des astreintes et remplacements,). Vous participez à l’élaboration budgétaire de ceux-ci et suivez leur réalisation.

Vous animez le thème sécurité et assurez en même temps la gestion du magasin sur lequel vous êtes affecté.

**Vos différentes missions**:

- **Planifier/organiser les magasins de votre Région **:Gérer l’adéquation charge / capacité des magasins, affectation des magasiniers volants et des remplacements, s’assurer de la présence des magasiniers pour les astreintes ou permanences.
- **Suivre et contrôler les processus magasins de votre Région **:Identifier les anomalies et mettre en place les mesures correctives. Suivre des indicateurs de fonctionnement et de satisfaction, relayer, harmoniser et dynamiser les offres constructeurs, superviser la valorisation des stocks des sites, encadrer et aider lors des inventaires tournants, matérialiser les contrôles réalisés et identifier les écarts, organiser la réalisation des commandes.
- **Gérer le budget des magasins de votre région **:Participer à l’élaboration budgétaire et suivre sa réalisation, aider les magasiniers à l’élaboration, explication et contrôle des stocks maxi et mini en fonction de la rotation des pièces.
- ** **Manager les équipes des magasiniers de votre région **:Organiser les rituels de management (information, réunions,), participer à l’élaboration du plan de formation des magasiniers, participer aux recrutements, intégration des nouveaux. Réaliser les Entretiens Annuel d’Evaluation des magasiniers, animer le thème sécurité, conduire les projets.
- **Participer à l’amélioration continue** : Optimiser la répartition des stocks des Pièces de rechange de son secteur, proposer et coordonner avec les autres responsables les choix de référencement produits et de gammes spécifiques, analyser les commandes réalisées afin de les optimiser et de supprimer les commandes de dépannage, adapter l’offre de produit en fonction de l’environnement professionnel du magasin.

**Votre profil**:
Véritable manager, capable de fédérer les équipes, vous êtes dynamique, faites preuve de maitrise face aux imprévues et êtes reconnu (e) pour votre rigueur et votre persévérance. Vous maitrisez l’ensemble des matériels et leur utilisation, la gestion de Stock ainsi que l’outil informatique. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les données chiffrées.

Les relations avec la clientèle supposent un véritable sens du contact et l’attrait pour le monde rural, l’artisanat, le BTP.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Formation Bac + 2/3 (BTS, DUT, licence pro) dans le domaine de l’agroéquipement, maintenance de matériel, TC agrofourniture, avec une expérience d’environ 5 à 10 ans.
