- **Position Overview**:_ As a Purchase Executive for Smart Automation Solutions, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring the necessary products and components required for smart automation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials, equipment, and systems to meet the company's smart automation needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of smart automation technology, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Procurement Strategy:_ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of smart automation products and components.
- Vendor Management:_ Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on their ability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials.
- Sourcing:_ Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies relevant to smart automation solutions. Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Purchase Orders_: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery dates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify and validate purchase requirements.
- Price Negotiation:_ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining product quality and delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management:_ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages or excesses. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and tracking of home automation products.
- Quality Control:_ Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure purchased materials meet established standards and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting_**:_ Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements. Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
- Budget Management:_ Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Industry Knowledge:_ Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in smart automation technology and the related procurement field.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the smart automation or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of home automation products, systems, and components.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.

**Education Qualification**:BE / Electrical Engineering in Any Specialization / Computer Science / Graduation with relevant experience
