**1. Creative Development:

- Generate innovative fashion ideas that can be executed across print, digital, video, e-commerce, and events.
- Collaborate with stylists, editors, and the creative team to ensure the inclusion of brands and designers in all projects.
- Discover and promote new design talent and stay updated on the latest initiatives from established brands and designers.
2. Project Management:

- Oversee the fashion execution for editorial and special projects, including the requesting of ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories.
- Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and model bookings.
- Manage the team's workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
3. Collaboration and Networking:

- Work closely with the Global Fashion Network on editorial and special projects as needed.
- Support brand initiatives by integrating them into fashion projects and editorial content.

4. Brand and Editorial Management:

- Track monthly editorial coverage of brands, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proactively manage issues related to editorial content and business needs, providing solutions and adjustments as required.
5. Leadership and Support:

- Lead and support the team in executing fashion projects, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the team.

**Minimum Qualification**: A bachelor's degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, or visual arts and relevant courses

**Minimum Job Experience**: 2-5 Years
