**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and passionate **In-House Fashion Stylist** to join our daily operations at Brinda Sneha. This position is central to bringing our brand’s vision to life across various channels and collections. As our in-house stylist, you will work closely with the design, marketing, and product development teams to create visually compelling, brand-aligned looks for daily content creation, campaign shoots, and in-store displays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Style new arrivals, key pieces, and seasonal collections for daily content across digital and social media channels.
- Coordinate fittings, styling, and adjustments for product shoots, lookbooks, and brand campaigns.
- Curate complete looks, including accessories, footwear, and props, to elevate each outfit and reinforce Brinda Sneha’s brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the creative team on daily content planning, styling ideas, and editorial concepts.
- Maintain and organize the styling closet, ensuring that all pieces are photo-ready and well-kept.
- Style and prep mannequins for in-store displays and help create visual merchandising strategies.
- Provide styling assistance and support for special events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
- Stay current on fashion trends, bringing fresh, relevant ideas that align with the Brinda Sneha ethos.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Fashion Stylist or in a similar in-house role, with a focus on Indian fashion.
- Strong styling sense with an eye for detail and ability to align looks with the brand identity.
- Knowledge of fabrics, Indian wear, and styling techniques.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Passion for Indian fashion and creativity in bringing fresh ideas for everyday styling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
