**Commis Job Description**

**Responsibilities for Commis**
- Ensure that the production is done according to the standard recipes at all times
- Check fridge and Products thoroughly to avoid spoilage
- Reporting to Head chef
- Ensure consistency in presentation of prepared food items
- Encourage potential and apprentice chefs in their work, offering guidance in accordance with culinary standards, recipes and menus of hotel
- Check all food is stored and handled as per food control plan
- Assist with daily kitchen prep work and station set-up prior to service and maintain the highest quality food preparation standards
- Produce dishes in a timely manner
- Receive check and store deliveries
- Prepare Pastry and Bake dishes in line with technical instructions

**Working Days: Monday-Saturday**
**Working Hours: 11:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m**
**Salary: 12000/ 20000/- (per month)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
