**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**:Greet and welcome customers, understanding their furniture needs and preferences.

Provide product information, features, benefits, and recommendations based on customer requirements.
Assist customers in exploring different furniture options, styles, colors, and materials.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a strong understanding of the furniture store's product offerings, including different brands, collections, and pricing.

Stay updated on industry trends, furniture designs, and materials to provide informed advice to customers.
- **Sales and Upselling**:Effectively communicate pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell complementary furniture items, accessories, or services to enhance the customer's purchase.
- **Consultative Selling**:Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and suggest furniture solutions that best match their lifestyle and preferences.
- **Furniture Arrangement and Design**:Assist customers in visualizing furniture placement and room design, considering aesthetics, space, and functionality.

Offer suggestions for coordinating furniture pieces and decor elements to create cohesive interiors.
- **Order Processing**:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the store's sales and inventory systems.

Provide details on delivery options, estimated delivery times, and any associated fees.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Maintain a customer database for future communication and marketing efforts.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Help maintain an attractive and organized sales floor by arranging and displaying furniture items effectively.

Participate in store merchandising efforts, such as setting up displays and ensuring proper product placement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
