Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads generated by our on-field sales team, ensuring seamless communication and guiding potential clients through the sales process. You will have a pivotal role in converting leads into valuable customers and contributing to our company's growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with our on-field sales team to receive and follow up on leads.
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels to introduce our company and products.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate response to client queries.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and quotes, aiming to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Initiate conversations with industry professionals to introduce our company's products and services.
- Identify potential project opportunities and gather project-specific requirements from architects and designers.
- Manage and nurture leads generated from architects and designers, guiding them through the sales process.
- Coordinate with the on-field sales team to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Familiarity with effective lead tracking and management.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
