**Job Title**:Project Coordinator / Key Account Manager** **(Corporate/Office Interiors)**
**Role Overview**:
The Client Success Manager/Key Account Manager will be pivotal in nurturing and strengthening customer relationships while ensuring the seamless delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects. The role involves overseeing the execution of projects within committed timelines, adhering to quality standards, and driving high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the incumbent will leverage established relationships to expand the account, increase business share, and secure repeat business opportunities.
This role serves as the central command, orchestrating project delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and design, to establish robust processes, track progress, and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Handover and Planning**
- Take ownership of customer accounts handed over by the Business Development team.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables and milestones.
**Collaboration and Coordination**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to break down project requirements into detailed tasks while adhering to customer guidelines and organizational processes.
- Establish clear success metrics for each project and assign responsibilities to designated team members.
**Project Management and Communication**
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key components, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Cascade detailed project plans to all stakeholders and ensure consistent alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating timely updates, addressing concerns, and managing any changes or disconnects during the project lifecycle.
**Customer Satisfaction and Account Growth**
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Strategically deepen the account relationship to enhance business share and drive repeat business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, with at least 6 years in delivering fit-out (interior) projects for **corporate office spaces.**:
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences.
- Expertise in creating detailed project plans, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
