Job Title: IT Administrator

Industry: Manufacturing | Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Summary: The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining and resolving all PC/laptop, Citrix

platform, internet connectivity, printer, and CCTV camera-related issues. The role involves ensuring

the smooth functioning of IT systems and providing timely technical support to end-users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. PC/Laptop Support:

- Maintain and resolve all PC/laptop related problems, including hardware and software issues.
- Provide user support and assistance for computer-related inquiries.

2. Citrix Platform Support:

- Solve all types of problems related to the Citrix platform.
- Ensure the availability and optimal performance of the Citrix environment.

3. Internet Connectivity Maintenance:

- Maintain and troubleshoot internet connectivity to ensure uninterrupted access for all users.
- Resolve issues related to network connectivity, DNS, proxy settings, and VPN access.
- Collaborate with internet service providers to resolve connectivity issues.

4. Printer Support:

- Maintain and resolve all printer-related problems, including hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printer drivers and network printing setups.
- Coordinate with vendors for printer maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure timely toner refilling for all printers.
- Monitor toner levels and manage inventory to avoid disruptions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of toner cartridges.

5. Antivirus Management:

- Renew antivirus licenses and ensure up-to-date protection across the network.
- Monitor antivirus alerts and take appropriate actions to mitigate security risks.
- Perform regular antivirus scans and updates.

6. CCTV Camera Maintenance:

- Maintain and monitor all CCTV cameras.
- Ensure proper functioning and resolution of camera systems.
- Collaborate with security teams for camera positioning and troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of PC/laptop troubleshooting, Citrix platforms, internet

connectivity, printers, and CCTV cameras.

CTC: 3-3.25 LPA

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,405.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
