We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting in formulation of budgetary and accounting policies.
Introducing and maintaining the accounting systems
Maintaining internal control systems
Handling all billing process.
Consolidating accounted books and reconciling with the bank, cash, and various wallet transactions.
Preparing the various accounting statements and reports
Desired Skillset:
Proficient in Accounting software and GST and IT Filing
Minimum 2+ years of experience
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Preparing the balance sheet, profits and loss statement, and other reports
Maintaining Accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Review and recommended modifications to accounting statements and generally accepted accounting procedures.
Prepare month-end, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and year end close process
Performs other assigned and necessary accounting procedures.
Should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Location: Aluva, Kerala

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
