1,Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll. 2,Maintain the general ledge

3,Debtors & Creditors management.

4,Helping to the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.

5,Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

6,Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.

7,Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.

Record banking transactions.

8,Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams

9,Advanced Tally and Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend only

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Aluva, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Aluva, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
