We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees’ requests. You will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance
- Providing guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Providing strategic HR support and guidance to a specific business unit or department
- Advising on and managing employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Participating in HR initiatives and projects, such as implementing new policies or processes.
- Perform and process monthly payroll.
- Ensure proper records of employee databases.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven work experience as a People Partner, Talent Acquisition preferred
- Hands-on experience with HR software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processing
- Able to work independently and has great teamwork skills

**Education**:
BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹580,000.00 per year
