**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:

- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment as required.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain and update company records, including employee files and confidential documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation systems are in place.
- **Communication**:

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Assist in making travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in office administration.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**:

- Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,221.55 per month
