**Desired qualification**
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships

**Experience**

5-15 years of experience as Industry Relations Officer

**Consolidated Salary range**

Rs. 1,06,590 - 3,18,060/**Working hours**

9.30am - 6.30pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To support NQM’s industrial relations strategy and plan; Implement strategies to engage with potential partners, including building relationships, attending industry events, and managing workshops.
- Support building institutional partnerships and collaborations that contribute to the project's success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and institutional partners.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with industry partners and institutions.
- Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration between research and industry.
- Monitor industry trends and developments relevant to the project area.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership based on industry knowledge.

**Duration**

Initially for a period of one year, extendable up to 2031
