Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Airbag_SW_Architect in PAN India.

Definition, Maintenance, and release of project-specific restraint system architecture.

Develop technical requirements and agree on them with the customer.

**Requirements Management/Development**
- Import/exchange CRS documents.
- Project-specific system requirements allocation to disciplines.
- Project-specific system requirement analysis.
- Project-specific system changes.
- Project-specific system architecture changes.
- Maintain the requirement status in the CRS/SYRS/SYD.
- Perform measurement of linkage (completely linked CRS) and status Approval.
- Identify and allocate technical requirements for external sensors.
- Define system requirements to be tested.
- Define Verification Criterias for system requirments.
- Define technical solution for system defects.
- Create product specifications as part of the TCD (TCD No2).
- Create System-FMEA.
- Present FTA and System FMEA to the customer.

**Approval**
- Release of project-specific system architecture specification (SYRC, SYDS/SYDC).

**Support**
- Technical support of system architecture issues during the project acquisition phase.
- Project-specific risk management.
- Project-specific target costing.
- Rqmt based verification tracking: Configuration, analysis of results.
- Participate in system integration testing.

**Information**
- Core asset system architecture specification.
- Receive status of Requirements from ECU HW-Developer, Application Engineer, Sensor Engineer and SW-Engineer.

**Cooperating**
- Lessons Learned Measures / 8D.
- Identify necessary test cases to be tested within the Test Tracking Sheet including system integration tests to be performed by Sys-TE.

**Authority**
- Release of project-specific system architecture specification.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Some years of experience within the restraint system architecture development.
- Good cross-functional knowledge of core asset restraint system architecture.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety requirements for restraint systems.
- Good knowledge of system architecture concepts, methods and tools.
- Good knowledge of the PS development processes related to system architecture (e.g. Requirements Development, Technical Solution and Product Integration).
- Comprehension and analysis ability of complex systems.

**Tools Knowledge**
- Doors
- System Modelling Tool
- ALM ticketing system
- Configuration management RTC

**Qualifications**
- BE ( Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication), ME, M.Tech

**Additional Information**
- Strong communication skills
- Experience on Problem and Change request Management
- Strong commitment and desire to learn and grow
- Strong knowledge in requirements engineering and be able to deep dive into topics
- Good knowledge in Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of Embedded System
- Experience: 10-15 years
